You are probably familiar with the very popular column Nancy Gyes has been writing for the last couple years for Clean Run magazine called Alphabet Drills. Basically she takes a letter from the alphabet and sets up jumps to "write" the letter. And then comes up with a bunch of exercises based on the configuration.

This video is of letter "A", contains 20 sequences, is 15 minutes long, with a voice over commentary by Nancy Gyes herself. The entire video is of Nancy and her Border Collie Ace and her Sheltie taking turns running through the sequences.
